Planning and Quote
We'll get to work planning and preparing your custom itinerary and quote. Completely free and with zero obligation.
Contract and Commitment
Once we've agreed upon an itinerary and price, we'll send over a contract for signature. This contract outlines the commitments and responsibilities being made between ProRome and the contracting party.
Marketing and Promotion
After signing the contract, we'll prepare (free of charge) a custom webpage, booking form, brochure and flyer for you to begin marketing and promotion your tour.
Embark on Tour
When the time comes, we'll send your group the trip documents and you'll then embark on tour. Your tour director and private bus will meet you upon arrival in Europe. Enjoy!
