Flight Information
Each person is responsible for booking his/her own individual airfare. Guidelines for booking said airfare is as follows.
All pilgrims are asked to book their airfare to and from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). All flights must land in Rome either by or before 11:00am on Saturday, March 7, 2026 and depart after 8:00am on Sunday March 15, 2026.
These are hard deadlines. If a pilgrim chooses to book a flight that lands in Rome after 11:00am on Saturday, March 7, then it will be the pilgrim’s responsibility to figure out his/her own transportation to Assisi, which is where the group will be staying overnight on March 7th. ProRome will not be responsible for transporting pilgrims who land after 11am on March 7 from Rome to Assisi.
Once you book your airfare, please send your flight confirmation email to office@prorome.com so that we can know when to expect your arrival. Please let us know if you have any questions at all or run into any problems booking your airfare. Thank you very much.
Please refer to our Airfare FAQs and General FAQs for more information.
