Sheryl was fortunate to live in Germany and England in her early years because of her father’s and then her husband’s military career which enabled many opportunities for travel in Europe. She is a convert to Catholicism and understands the power of pilgrimage having gone to Fatima and has attributed it as an important step in her spiritual journey. Sheryl obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in accounting at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. After she and her husband raised and homeschooled their five children, she went back to work in banking, and then worked for eleven years in the office at Human Life International. She enjoys spending time with her family including her many grandchildren, singing in the choir, playing the piano, reading and going on outdoor adventures with her husband, Michael.
